missing plug in, mac os

when trying to play a live channel on my mac I get a error "missing plug in" . I downloaded "VLC" but still not able to watch live channels

What browser are you using? We believe VLC only works with Firefox browser.

Please download Firefox for Mac and reinstall VLC!

I have the same issue with Firefox, missing plug in. I have VLC installed

Check Firefox plugin page to make sure its enable. Also you can try reinstall VLC, make sure you check install plugin.
