You might see a message: "Device is not connected to the network or unable to reach Cloud TV service."
Here are some reasons why you might see this message:
1. Your have Cloud TV and DVR service but it is not activated on your device. Go to Settings / CloudAntenna Services to confirm.
2. Cloud TV service does not have information about the channels on your device. Did you configure TV service on your CloudAntenna and submitted it to FreeAir.tv? Read How to configure FreeAir.tv TV guide and access Live TV channels anywhere?
3. If above steps did not help, you might need to exit Live TV player and open it again for TV channels and the cloud to be in sync.
