Here are simples steps to get your CloudAntenna working.


  1. Confirm that your have latest firmware on your CloudAntenna: 
  2. Make sure your CloudAntenna is configured for access from outside of your home network. Read instruction here  
  3. Go to www.freeair.tv/activate to start CloudAntenna Activation Wizard.
  4. When you visit FreeAir activation first time, we will try to find all CloudAntennas on your network. If you are creating your account and not on the same network, you will need to know CloudAntenna device code which is located in About screen.
